OHIO VALLEY HEARTCARE ANNOUNCES
NEW COUMADIN & LIPID DIRECTOR

EVANSVILLE, IND. (April 7, 2008) -- Ohio Valley HeartCare (OVHC), a tri-state area cardiology and cardiovascular surgery practice, announces Martye Fitts, RN, has accepted a new position within its practice. Mrs. Fitts will take over the day to day operations of the award winning Anticoagulation and Lipid clinics at the main office in Evansville, Indiana and outreach clinic at St. Mary's Warrick Hospital in Boonville, Indiana.

Prior to joining OVHC, Mrs. Fitts worked at Deaconess Hospital as a nurse in the cardiac unit. Since 2003, Mrs. Fitts held the position of Physician Extender for OVHC. She has over ten years of cardiac nursing experience and received her nursing degree from the University of Kentucky at the Henderson Community College campus in Henderson, Kentucky. Mrs. Fitts is completing her certification in Anticoagulation Therapy Management at the University of Southern Indiana.
